We have 2 uniquely designed 4 bedroom villas and 1 uniquely designed 3 bedroom:

Puerto Chico 1 has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and new kitchen. 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor (with twin beds) and features a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom. An additonal newly refurbished bathroom is on the ground floor. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds, and 1 with bunk beds) complete with bathroom. The 3 upstairs bedrooms also lead out onto a private terrace with fantastic sea views. On the ground floor, a large open plan kitchen and living room lead out onto a very spacious terrace, with plenty of seating and stunning sea views.

Puerto Chico I/J has been creatively designed from two 2 bedroom bungalows into a very stylish Spanish villa. All of the 4 bedrooms have their own distinct style, and the 3 bathrooms are very impressive. The bedroom layout is: 1 bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and 1 bedroom (twin beds) with ensuite bathroom. The terrace area is well furnished, and with those uininterrupted sea views, be sure to book early.

Each property features as standard the following: TV with a large selection of English channels; CD radio; safe; stunning sea views!!

Additional features (please ask): Washing machine; extra beds; cots; high chairs; fans; dvd players; radiators (yes,sometimes!!)

The main arrival day is Thursday, however, we will try to accommodate requests for other days. All properties will be cleaned and prepared (welcome pack; towels) for each arrival. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

For guests staying longer than a week, a full clean will be provided once a week.
